[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for specialized technical roles, particularly in the semiconductor industry, while partnering with hiring managers to reputed company sourcing strategies and improve reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for technical roles, with an emphasis on semiconductor, silicon, hardware, systems, software, and AI infrastructure hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for specialized talent across semiconductor, silicon design, hardware engineering, systems engineering, networking, data center infrastructure, embedded systems, firmware, software, and reputed company domains
• Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through thoughtful reputed company and long-term relationship building
• Manage candidates through the full hiring process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer support, and reputed company
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture, pace, and technical depth
• Use reputed company and reputed company reputed company tools to maintain accurate pipeline data, track activity, and reputed company hiring updates to leadership
• Help improve reputed company processes, including interview structure, scorecards, pipeline reporting, candidate communications, and hiring manager workflows
• Partner with People Operations, Finance, and leadership on headcount planning, offer approvals, compensation alignment, and reputed company handoffs
• Represent the company in the market with professionalism, credibility, and a clear understanding of our technical mission
• Travel occasionally for company meetings, reputed company events, hiring manager sessions, and onsite interview support

Skills

• 5-7+ years of reputed company experience, including direct reputed company experience in the semiconductor industry
• Proven experience reputed company for technical roles in areas such as silicon, hardware engineering, systems engineering, ASIC/SOC, verification, physical design, firmware, embedded systems, networking, data center infrastructure, or reputed company technical domains
• Strong sourcing capability, including experience identifying and engaging passive candidates in competitive semiconductor and deep-tech talent markets
• Ability to partner effectively with technical hiring managers and translate reputed company engineering requirements into practical reputed company strategies
• Strong judgment in candidate assessment, process management, stakeholder communication, and hiring prioritization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling candidate reputed company
• High ownership, urgency, organization, and follow-through
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping create structure as the company scales
• Experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools; reputed company experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally as needed
• Experience reputed company for AI infrastructure, networking, data center, or high-performance compute companies
• Experience supporting early-stage or growth-stage startup hiring
• Familiarity with compensation, equity, offer strategy, and closing candidates in competitive markets

• Prior agency or executive search experience focused on semiconductor or deep-tech talent
