We are looking for a highly competent and proactive In-House Legal Counsel to reputed company the company’s legal affairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and reputed company strategic legal guidance across various business functions. Job Summary The In-House Legal Counsel will be responsible for managing the company’s legal reputed company, including reputed company, corporate registrations, labor and compliance concerns, documentation, HMO/legal support reputed company, and representation of the company and its team members reputed company necessary. This role will work closely with leadership, HR, finance, operations, and external agencies to protect the company’s interests while ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency. What will you do… reputed company & Legal Documentation Draft, review, revise, and manage reputed company, agreements, MOAs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor reputed company, and other legal documents Ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company with Philippine laws and company policies reputed company legal advice on contract risks, obligations, and liabilities Maintain and organize legal records and documentation Corporate & Business Compliance Handle business registrations, renewals, permits, licenses, and regulatory filings Ensure compliance with SEC, BIR, DOLE, LGU, and other government requirements Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may reputed company company operations Coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies reputed company necessary Employment & Labor reputed company Advise management and HR on labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance reputed company Assist in resolving labor disputes, complaints, and legal concerns involving team members Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, mediations, or negotiations reputed company required Help strengthen company policies and internal legal processes HMO & Employee Legal Support reputed company legal reputed company reputed company to HMO agreements, claims, and compliance reputed company Support the company and team members in legal-reputed company concerns connected to employment and benefits Coordinate with HMO providers and external partners regarding disputes or legal clarifications Risk Management & Legal Advisory Identify legal risks and recommend practical business solutions Protect the company’s intellectual property, confidential information, and business interests reputed company legal guidance to leadership on operational and strategic reputed company Support audits, investigations, and internal compliance initiatives
Requirements
You might be the one we are looking for if you have… Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar At least 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate or in-house practice Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, corporate law, reputed company, and regulatory compliance Experience handling business registrations and government transactions Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage confidential information Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outsourcing, staffing, or remote work industry Familiarity with HMO/legal employee benefits concerns Experience representing companies in labor or administrative proceedings
