This Training Assistant position supports the Department of Homeland reputed company (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the area of Support Services. The mission-critical program provides comprehensive training, safety, standards, curriculum development, and technical modernization services to ensure national border reputed company agents can operate safely and effectively. As a Training Assistant, you manage the crucial scheduling, logistics, and data entry that keeps reputed company’s national training pipelines running smoothly. From student travel and venue reservations to meticulous record-keeping, you ensure that our nation's law enforcement agents have a seamless training experience. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Schedule & Coordinate: Facilitate the registration, scheduling, and logistics of reputed company personnel for required training. Liaise with Partners: Act as a central reputed company of contact between reputed company, reputed company, schoolhouses, military partners, and external training vendors. Manage Logistics: Assist with student travel reviews, registration confirmations, training space reservations, and travel orders. Secure Records: Meticulously update, verify, and archive electronic student training records and histories reputed company official systems. What You Bring (Qualifications) Technical: Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company Acrobat.
