Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, driver reputed company, dispatching, or fleet operations Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and driver qualification requirements Experience reviewing MVRs and driver qualification files Familiarity with CDL requirements, drug testing programs, and compliance standards Experience reputed company drivers through job boards and online reputed company platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience coordinating schedules and transportation operations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, and transportation software Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Core responsibilities: reputed company and recruit reputed company 1099 drivers using job boards, reputed company platforms, reputed company media, referrals, and industry networks Screen and qualify driver candidates based on company requirements and FMCSA regulations Review MVRs, driving history, employment records, and qualification documentation Verify that drivers meet reputed company FMCSA requirements and company standards Coordinate pre-employment and random drug testing requirements Confirm CDL status, driving experience, endorsements, and eligibility requirements Assist with driver reputed company and orientation processes Maintain accurate driver records and compliance documentation Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company reputed company-operators and drivers reputed company out to potential shippers, brokers, and customers to generate reputed company-operator opportunities Assist with business development efforts to secure new transportation reputed company Coordinate pickup schedules, delivery schedules, and transportation logistics Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, loads, routes, and operational updates Monitor driver availability and assist with load coverage planning Handle customer communication regarding scheduling and transportation updates Maintain operational spreadsheets, reports, and transportation records Assist with reputed company coordination and daily transportation operations Follow up with drivers, customers, and prospects to ensure smooth service delivery Identify opportunities to improve reputed company, reputed company, and operational processes Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
