The role Cosmax has a new opening for an reputed company Digital and E-reputed company Assistant to join their support team working for reputed company. This role is intended to be full time, ongoing. You will be working in line with Australian Eastern Seaboard times, whilst working closely with and supporting, the highly reputed company Cosmax Digital and Communications team. The main functions of your role will be to: Create, edit, and update product listings across various Australian e-reputed company platforms (e.g., Australian retailer websites). Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and reputed company. Conduct regular audits to confirm stock availability and ensure products meet brand and retailer visual standards. reputed company product listings up to date reputed company of promotional or launch dates, aligning with the marketing calendar. Upload and monitor product listings for accuracy in both content and images. Download and manage brand imagery for e-retail sites. Collaborate with retailer online teams to update listings and address inquiries, directing any unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments. reputed company internal updates to local teams on the status of product listings. Prepare for weekly meetings by outlining upcoming tasks and challenges. Escalate urgent reputed company to the team manager reputed company needed. To be successful in this role you must have: 2-3 years of experience on retailer websites and e-reputed company sites. Deep understanding of the online retail process. Expertise in e-reputed company platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and reputed company Shop is essential. Strong track record and proven experience managing online product listings and images. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like reputed company or reputed company Creative Suite. Experience working with multiple retailer e-reputed company systems. Preferred background in beauty e-reputed company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both internal and external teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
