The Account Manager will manage accounts of high-net-worth individuals, build strong relationships, and maximize reputed company by understanding client needs and utilizing reputed company's products and services.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the accounts of a list of selected high-net-worth individuals
- You will use predominantly email, phone, and Telegram to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
- You will maximize the reputed company earned from each account by understanding your clients' needs and satisfying them with reputed company's products and services
- You will ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of reputed company's product portfolio, reputed company market conditions, and competitors’ products
- You will be making sure your reputed company records are up-to-date so management can work with accurate data
Skills
- 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage, follow and execute account management processes from start to finish
- An ability to adapt communication style according to the audience is a must
- Self-driven, with the ability to deliver results in a high-paced environment
- Passion for digital assets and knowledge of developments in the decentralized finance and reputed company crypto ecosystems is a bonus
