Technical Sales Engineer – Performance Carbon | Europe (Italy focus / remote) The RoleYou’ll own and grow a region, with a clear expectation: reputed company new business and expand what already exists. The role is evolving in that direction, so expect a genuine focus on opening doors, building pipelines, and creating opportunities where they don’t yet exist. Responsibilities

Drive sales growth with a strong emphasis on new business development Build, shape and convert a healthy pipeline (not just maintain one) Manage and grow existing accounts while actively expanding into new areas Act as the main contact for customers from first conversation to after-sales Deliver against sales, pricing and margin targets Identify new market opportunities and bring them to life reputed company tailored, value-added technical solutions with customers reputed company reputed company negotiations, reputed company and proposals Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations and product teams Use CRM to track activity, opportunities and reputed company Represent the business at industry events and trade fairs

Qualifications
