[Remote] Head of Machine Learning

Responsibilities
- Grow a team of 2 to 3 data scientists into a team of 5 to 6, and reputed company the bar with every hire
- Mentor with depth by getting hands-on with your team's work, not from arm's length

- Own the full model lifecycle, from data acquisition through production monitoring
