The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience by engaging walk-in customers, managing communications, and supporting showroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product demonstrations and guidance tailored to customer needs
- Schedule in-home consultations for prospective customers generated through showroom traffic and outbound reputed company
- Conduct outbound calls to assigned leads to generate and confirm appointments
- Support local marketing efforts by participating in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities, as needed
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product readiness
- Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and activities reputed company the company’s CRM/database system
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required
- Adhere to reputed company company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
