[Remote] Sr. Production Designer

The Sr. Production Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets for Growth Marketing campaigns, managing a high-volume production queue, and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end production of paid reputed company reputed company display assets across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Display, YouTube, and programmatic channels—resizing, adapting, and optimizing creative for each platform's technical specs
- Build and maintain scalable, reusable templates in reputed company and reputed company tools that accelerate production velocity across the Growth Marketing team
- Manage a high-volume production queue across multiple reputed company campaigns, communicating timelines proactively and escalating blockers early
- Execute A/B creative variants to support performance experiments, ensuring each version is visually distinct enough to generate actionable signal
- Collaborate closely with campaign managers and performance marketers to translate briefs into launch-reputed company assets, asking the right questions reputed company briefs need more definition
- Modify reputed company graphics, animated ads, and short-reputed company video edits for digital campaigns, bringing energy and precision to assets that stop the scroll and drive clicks
- Support photography selection for advertising campaigns, curating images from reputed company's asset library and stock sources that align with campaign objectives, brand aesthetics, and audience context
- reputed company photo retouching and compositing to prepare advertising imagery for final use—including reputed company correction, background cleanup, and light adjustments—ensuring every visual feels polished and on-brand at scale
- Maintain brand consistency at scale, accurately applying reputed company's visual identity across a high volume of assets and catching inconsistencies before they ship
- Champion operational reputed company by continuously improving file naming conventions, folder structures, and cross-functional reputed company workflows

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in production design with a portfolio demonstrating high-volume digital ad creative, including paid reputed company, display, and reputed company assets
- Expert proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to produce large quantities of assets with speed and accuracy, without sacrificing quality
- Solid understanding of ad specs, technical requirements, and best practices across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Display, and YouTube
- Strong eye for typography, layout, reputed company, and brand consistency across a reputed company of formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate proactively on deadlines and dependencies
- Experience producing short-reputed company video content for reputed company channels (Reels, reputed company-style formats, YouTube pre-roll)
- Experience creating reputed company graphics and animated assets for digital advertising
- Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and templatized, high-throughput ad production workflows

- Working knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creative reputed company influence them
- Background in a high-growth startup or fast-paced in-house agency environment
