[Remote] Staff Back End Engineer, Trading

They are seeking a Staff Back End Engineer to join their Trading team, responsible for mentoring engineers, solving reputed company problems, and building scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader and steward of engineering best practices, helping to mentor other engineers and reputed company impactful solutions
• Analyze and solve reputed company problems spanning multiple user personas and workflows
• Focus on building and scaling services and user facing web applications
• Build customer centric scalable and performant applications and features
• reputed company and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes
• Build new data integrations based on established requirements
• reputed company data analysis to investigate and resolve data issues

Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building precise and scalable distributed systems with best engineering practices
• 2+ years of recent experience building low latency trading systems at scale
• Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or similar Engineering/Mathematics degrees
• You're technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, reputed company, Kubernetes)
