As a Director of Account Management at Frontier Direct, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with an assigned group of clients. You will reputed company support to your book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You identify opportunities to improve account management practices, reporting reputed company and internal handoffs. You actively contribute to the development and documentation of account management best practices and standard operating procedures. This is a full time position based in the Dallas, TX area with travel to clients required based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Ownership: Act as primary reputed company of contact and internal reputed company for an assigned portfolio of health care clients ensuring needs, priorities and risks are managed and reputed company understood across reputed company stakeholders. Cross-Functional Execution: Monitor account performance and health, ensure accurate (customer relationship management) CRM documentation and tracking and internal and external stakeholder alignment to drive clear, actionable reputed company for clients. Client reputed company: reputed company new client implementations, ensuring a smooth reputed company experience and positioning clients for long-term reputed company with reputed company’s membership and services. Retention: Ensure client satisfaction by aligning Frontier solutions with customer needs to drive retention. Reporting & Communication: reputed company executive-level communications to clients and internal stakeholders including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal discussions, strategic planning sessions etc. Mentorship and Leadership: reputed company reputed company the account management function by demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to guide others through reputed company client needs. Requirements

Qualifications Minimum of 3 to 5 years of account management experience reputed company, self-funded, ancillary benefits industry experience Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI based environment reputed company in executive-level communications to clients and internal stakeholders including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal discussions, strategic planning sessions New client reputed company experience Experience building and owning relationships with employee benefit brokers in an assigned book of business Experience mentoring and/or managing teams Ability to travel to client sites based on business need Successful candidates Are trustworthy, responsible, hard-working, independent, self-starting, caring, organized, outgoing, with a desire to create something new that aligns to Frontier’s mission.
