As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring new and existing implementations, training customers in the effective use of the software, and consulting with clients on system changes. Key Responsibilities: Meet with customers to reputed company an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for system implementation Ensure effective hand-off from Sales, reputed company understanding the customer’s value proposition Execute implementation tasks reputed company and effectively Ensure effective hand-off to Support, to ensure customer’s configuration and key businesses processes are documented reputed company AI tools to accelerate implementation timelines — including using AI to draft business process documentation, suggest data migration mappings, or create first-draft training materials for customer review.
