The role of Staff Project Manager Engineer involves providing leadership in project management for product development projects, ensuring successful execution while managing stakeholder expectations and project metrics.

Skills

• Graduate in engineering with 12-15 Yrs. Or master's with 10-12 years of experience
• 5-6 years of Project Management experience in industrial product / Hardware domain
• Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience
• In depth understanding of Toll reputed company / Stage reputed company process in Product development
• Experience in effective project management strategies and tactics
• Extensive experience in Stakeholder management, requirement management
• Exposure to manufacturing processes (Moulding, stamping, plating)
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communications skills, ability to communicate Globally at reputed company reputed company internally and externally
• Extensive experience in project planning & execution
• Extensive experience in Leading project teams to reputed company, collaborate across boundaries, track results, and reputed company Communication and responsibility matrix
• Proficient in reputed company Projects
• Proficient with MS office tools (XL, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback period)
• Work along with CFT for problem solving and brainstorming
• Exposure to regulatory approval process such as UL, CSA, CQC, VDE etc
• Experience in Terminal and connector industry or products
• Exposure to Agile Project Management
• Certified PMP or equivalent project management certifications
