They are seeking a Vice President, Quality Software Engineering to reputed company strategic quality engineering capabilities across Platform Quality Engineering, focusing on testing tools, innovation, and transformation rollout.
Responsibilities
- Define and reputed company the strategy for PQE strategic testing tools and quality engineering capabilities across the organization

- Serve as a hands-on technical leader in the evaluation, implementation, optimization, and scaling of testing tools and supporting engineering utilities

- Build and mature tool labs and innovation initiatives to assess emerging testing technologies, accelerators, and AI-assisted engineering capabilities

Skills
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, test engineering, or reputed company technical disciplines, including significant experience leading reputed company-scale engineering capabilities
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and developing engineering talent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Deep technical expertise in software engineering, quality engineering, testing tools, and modern software delivery practices
- Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling reputed company testing tools and quality engineering solutions across multiple teams or product areas
- Strong hands-on experience with testing technologies across UI, API, integration, and reputed company engineering use cases
- Strong programming or scripting experience in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including integration with tools such as Jenkins, reputed company Actions, reputed company, Bamboo, or similar platforms
