[Remote] Solutions Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. The Solutions Consultant will partner with customer-facing teams to communicate the reputed company value proposition and reputed company technical support during customer evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer-Facing Teams to reputed company the overall reputed company value proposition, reputed company and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagement with customers during the evaluation phase. Communicate reputed company value based on activities and work with customers on any identified issues or concerns to successful conclusion
• Technically support reputed company opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical reputed company, and credibility
• Deliver deep-dive product and technical briefings/presentations to potential clients
• Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input both wins and losses
• Proactively engage and communicate with customers and reputed company business/technical teams regarding product feedback and competitive landscape
• Engage with reputed company Product Council, reputed company guidance and feedback directly from customer interactions and help shape product roadmap
• Assist Product Team with Product and Demo certifications, as well as helping with new release training and certifications

Skills

• You have at least 5 years of experience in ABA either on the Clinical or Practice Management reputed company
• Strong knowledge of reputed company EHR and Practice reputed company and technologies
• Passion and ability to reputed company customers on how reputed company can be meaningful to their business
• You have an extreme hunger to be successful and help reputed company sales and customers win
