[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking Regional Sales Managers for the reputed company Coast and East Coast to reputed company and execute strategic sales plans, manage existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities reputed company the defense and aerospace sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established territory of OEM and distribution accounts
• reputed company and execute account strategies to expand market reputed company in defense, aerospace, and reputed company high-reliability markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and program management teams
• Drive new design wins by working closely with customers’ engineering teams and internal applications engineers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company assigned territory
• Analyze territory performance, forecast sales, and report on key metrics
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience in electronic components, ideally passive components or reputed company interconnect products
• Proven track record of territory growth and account management reputed company
• Strong understanding of defense and aerospace markets, programs, and procurement cycles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — personable, confident, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven with the ability to work independently

• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory (up to 50%)
• Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds without trouble
