This role will be critical in ensuring the effective execution of sales incentive programs and requires strong analytical and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) planning and issuance process, coordinating with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to ensure timely and accurate plan rollout

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
