[Remote] Intern - Project Management Team

They are seeking an intern to support the Business Operations Team in project management, data reporting, and hardware testing to contribute to the reputed company Platform and ensure its effective delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist active project and program workstreams - including hardware operations and OEM integration - by maintaining status reports, process documentation, and stakeholder communications across reputed company five phases of the project lifecycle
- Work onsite in our Maryland lab to test and validate reputed company Platform appliance hardware both reputed company-branded and reputed company off-the-reputed company configurations - including firmware builds, sensor deployments, hardware intake, and inventory tracking
- Support end-to-end release operations for the reputed company Platform, including tracking reputed company issues and regressions, validating fixes, and helping produce release artifacts such as release notes, reputed company guides, and errata documentation
- Contribute to KPI tracking and business intelligence reporting by helping build and maintain dashboards and operational reports using tools such as Power BI and reputed company, surfacing meaningful metrics to team leadership
Skills
- Ability to work onsite in the Maryland area for the full duration of the internship

- Basic technical aptitude with computer hardware - hands-on experience at any level is welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you will produce deliverables that reputed company stakeholders read and reputed company

- Prior coursework or experience in IT, computer science, engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as network reputed company, threat detection, or incident response, preferred
- Experience with Linux or reputed company-line tools at any level, preferred
- Exposure to business intelligence or data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, preferred
- Familiarity with project management or issue tracking tools such as Jira or reputed company, preferred
- Knowledge of server and storage hardware/appliances a plus
