[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the “Robinhood for DeFi”—an iOS and Android app that lets anyone trade cryptocurrencies on-chain through a user-friendly reputed company. As a Lifecycle / Retention Manager, you will own the reputed company platform and drive retention efforts through various messaging and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company lifecycle messaging in reputed company (email, push, in-app, inbox)
• Build and maintain automated reputed company, retention, and win-back flows
• Create dynamic segmentation and triggered journeys
• Set up and monitor promotions and targeted incentives
• Own and grow loyalty and retention efforts across the in-app user experience
• Run A/B tests and weekly lifecycle experiments
• Track activation → retention → reactivation KPIs and report learnings
• Analyze customer behavior, retention metrics, and cohort lifetime value to identify insights and opportunities to help drive growth strategy

Skills

• 3+ years in Lifecycle / CRM / Retention for a consumer app
• Hands-on proficiency in reputed company (canvas, segmentation, etc.)
• Familiarity with consumer app promotion design, fulfillment, and ROI analysis
• Experience moving metrics, not just sending messages
• Strong short-reputed company copy instincts (mobile-first)
• Comfort using data to inform reputed company
• Crypto / trading / sportsbook / DFS experience
• Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops
