[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Growth

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Growth Engineering team, focusing on enhancing user experiences and driving user adoption through personalized reputed company.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, our Data Ops team, and other engineers to research, plan, design, and build features that drive user adoption of reputed company’s product
- You will quickly create user experiences throughout the app and experiment to increase engagement from trial users
- You will build systems to reputed company customized reputed company for users during their trial period and spend time improving feature areas around various app modules to increase usage and reduce churn
- The Growth engineering team is in its early stages, and you will have a strong voice in setting direction for both the team and the product experience
Skills
- 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years experience with ReactJS, Typescript
- Previous experience working on a Growth engineering team
- Varied experience building full-stack web-based systems and features
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
- Prior experience with unit testing frameworks
- Excellent communication skills (particularly written)

- Project experience with TailwindCSS
- You know a thing or two about the Fleet management industry
