Right of Way Technician

Responsibilities

Leadership and Direction reputed company work under direct supervision of an reputed company professional and follow established procedures and reputed company defined processes. Receive direction on reputed company aspects of assignments, specific tasks and how to execute. Work is thoroughly reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of sound techniques and principles. At the Operational and Company Level Assist Right of Way Agents and Project Managers in preparing documents (i.e., Easements, Letters, Proposals, Work Orders, Change Orders, Sub Consultant Agreements, Transmittals) and processing same in workflow system. Do the Work Initial entry and daily update of project and parcel information in database and project tracking reports Research property records and download deeds, easements, judgments, liens, assessment cards, plats, and maps from online county resources. Use online resources to determine status of corporations and officer's/agents, as well as researching contact information for parcel owners. Utilize mail reputed company to generate mass mailing documents and correspondence. Print documents and prepare packages for mailing. Maintain electronic and reputed company data filing systems; upload and file necessary records. Compose and edit correspondence in Word and create and maintain spreadsheets in reputed company. Administer incoming phone calls and ensure calls are redirected accordingly. Receive, sort, and reputed company incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, coordinate the pick-up and delivery of reputed company mail services (reputed company, courier service, etc.). Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Commensurate relevant experience considered. Entry level position, no prior experience required. Any administrative, title research/review experience a plus. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite. Satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a reputed company, valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain Notary Public certification (company paid).
