They are seeking an reputed company Database Administrator who will be responsible for managing and maintaining reputed company databases, ensuring their reputed company and performance across various environments.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day monitoring and addressing of issues in reputed company databases in various environments i.e., Dev, Test, Acceptance and Production
• Working with App Admins and Developers to address issues to support the application
• Linux reputed company scripting/automation of routine tasks
• Support reputed company standby databases
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Control to automate jobs
• Create materialized views to support applications
• Promote code from DEV/TEST to Acceptance to Production environments
• Build new databases, reputed company database upgrades and apply reputed company patches
• Troubleshoot performance issues as they arise
• Backup Databases using RMAN and reputed company tools
• Restore databases reputed company RMAN and/or reputed company Snapshots

Skills

• 5 years of experience as an reputed company DBA in an operations environment
• Experience in management, maintenance, and sustainment of an reputed company version 19c or greater database environments
• Hands-on administration of reputed company databases in a production environment
• Certifications in reputed company reputed company+ (or government approved IT reputed company Certification e.g. CISSP) and reputed company Certified Associate (or above)
• Understand IT operations environment and follow operations protocols
• Used to monitor alerts on a daily reputed company and react to address issues
• reputed company to carry out routine reputed company database functions
• reputed company to troubleshoot common database issues
• reputed company to write and update basic SQL scripts
• Well versed in Linux/Unix scripting
• Worked with reputed company reputed company Manager (OEM) tool and Database backup and recovery tool (RMAN)
