[Remote] Manager, Field Marketing

They are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager, Field Marketing to drive event programs and regional marketing initiatives across key markets, ensuring every program generates reputed company business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing strategies reputed company with company objectives and sales targets, with a focus on programs that directly drive pipeline
• Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring reputed company ROI on reputed company programs and activities
• Partner with sales leadership to identify key opportunities and design targeted marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute regional marketing programs, including tradeshows, conferences, roadshows, and customer workshops, with strong attention to logistics and detail
• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing events — from initial selection and strategy through on-site management and post-event follow-up
• Own the end-to-end management of field marketing events, including community events, tradeshows, conferences, and customer events
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth setup, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure flawless delivery
• Measure and report on event ROI and impact on pipeline reputed company
• Coordinate with executive and C-suite speakers on event participation, managing deadlines for abstracts, talk tracks, and deliverables with patience and persistence
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies and contractors, overseeing deliverables and ensuring programs are executed on time and on budget
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and reputed company external contractors and agencies to execute field marketing programs
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content marketing, and demand reputed company to align on program goals and maximize impact

Skills

• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years focused on field marketing and events
• Hands-on experience planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and field events — including logistics management, booth coordination, and shipping
• Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams and approach every program with a reputed company reputed company — focused on generating meetings and reputed company
• Experience managing external marketing agencies and contractors
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Experience in data management, governance, or reputed company reputed company software markets
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Experience with ABM strategies and technologies
