[Remote] Implementation and Account Manager

Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end software implementation projects for new customers
- Understand customer workflows, processes and business requirements
- Configure software settings, user permissions and integrations
- Coordinate data migration, testing and go-live activities
- Deliver engaging training sessions for end users and administrators
- Support customers through reputed company and adoption
- Work closely with internal technical teams to resolve implementation challenges
- Manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Act as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Skills
