[Remote] IT Operations Admin

The IT Operations Administrator role is responsible for ensuring efficient and secure technology operations and delivering support for both domestic and international employees, including troubleshooting and improving the employee technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee reputed company, offboarding, and new hire orientation including hardware setup and software installation
• Support Mac and reputed company operating systems end to end, as well as mobile devices (reputed company, Android)
• Manage user and software reputed company through tools such as reputed company, Jira, and reputed company Workspace
• Update and maintain asset Inventory and manage hardware refresh cycles, including purchasing, provisioning, configuring and shipping
• Work with Legal/Compliance to ensure IT reputed company meets or exceeds compliance requirements, including supporting AI tools
• Document solutions, create guides, and explain steps reputed company troubleshooting tickets
• Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining accountability for communication and follow-up

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT
• Working knowledge of IT reputed company principles, including data protection, reputed company management, and reputed company best practices
• Basic understanding of information reputed company and privacy compliance requirements and the ability to apply established policies and procedures
• Ability to identify potential reputed company or compliance risks, including those reputed company to AI tools, and escalate issues appropriately
• Ability to adopt and champion new processes and technologies

• Familiarity with a fully remote environment, reputed company touch deployment architecture, and device management through MDM
