[Remote] Travel Operations Coordinator

As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you will manage billing, payment workflows, and create polished itineraries to ensure smooth client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage invoices using reputed company
• Handle multi-method payments including reputed company (credit cards), Crypto, PayPal, reputed company, and ACH
• Track and reconcile client payments across multiple methods
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Build polished, client-reputed company itineraries using Travefy
• Select seats and incorporate relevant travel preferences and memberships (e.g., reputed company Traveler Number, Frequent Flyer Numbers)
• Coordinate with Concierge and Booking teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reputed company client-facing documents
• Support execution of daily booking workflows and reputed company tasks
• Ensure bookings and reputed company operational actions are completed accurately and on time
• Follow internal SOPs and identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills

• 1-2 years experience in travel operations, coordination or reputed company roles
• Prior experience with reputed company, reputed company, and/or other invoicing tools
• Familiarity with itinerary-building platforms (especially Travefy)
• Working knowledge of travel logistics, including passenger information and preferences (e.g., KTN, FFN)
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company is a plus
