They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Incentives Analyst to join their reputed company Operations team, responsible for the administration of sales compensation and incentive programs while collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and reputed company in the compensation process.
Responsibilities
- Calculate, validate, and process commission and incentive payments each cycle, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in accordance with company policies and plan rules
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, adjustments, and exceptions reputed company to commission payments, knowing reputed company to work through issues independently and reputed company to escalate
- Serve as a direct resource for sales reps and leaders on comp-reputed company inquiries, providing clear and timely responses and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Payroll to maintain alignment on plan details, data inputs, and payment timelines
- Support the administration and rollout of new and existing compensation plans and incentive structures
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements as tools and workflows continue to reputed company
- Maintain accurate records of compensation transactions, adjustments, and supporting documentation across reputed company active programs
- Build and maintain reports and tracking tools to support visibility into compensation program performance and payment trends
- Assist with reputed company analysis and reporting requests reputed company to incentive programs, quota attainment, and payout summaries
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales compensation, reputed company operations, finance, payroll, or a reputed company analytical role
- Proficiency in reputed company and other sales operations tools for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical reputed company, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office or equivalent tools
- Effective communication skills with the ability to support and interact with cross-functional stakeholders
