This role will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, overseeing reputed company aspects of HR including reputed company, employee relations, and performance management to support business growth and foster an inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR leader for reputed company, partnering closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team to support organizational priorities and business growth

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives

• Support change management initiatives and help guide the organization through periods of growth and reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required
• 8+ years of reputed company HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership role
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading strategic people initiatives
