[Remote] AVP, Financial Systems (reputed company Financials Experience REQUIRED)

The role focuses on transforming and optimizing the financial systems infrastructure, collaborating with various teams to enhance reporting speed, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and support the reputed company ecosystem, including reputed company Financials, Adaptive, Prism, reputed company, and reputed company tools
- Partner with Finance, reputed company, reputed company, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable system solutions
- Build and maintain reputed company financial reports, dashboards, and custom applications
- Identify opportunities to reputed company AI and automation to improve efficiency and reduce reputed company processes
- Support system integrations and ensure data accuracy across platforms and reputed company systems
- reputed company and maintain documentation for system design, reporting rules, and business requirements
- Establish metrics to evaluate system performance, user productivity, and process efficiency
- Collaborate on finance transformation initiatives to improve reporting cycle times and reputed company reputed company business insights
- Ensure alignment with IT governance, policies, and global system standards
- Support user training and adoption of tools across the finance organization
- Assist with issue identification, remediation, and reputed company improvement of system capabilities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field
- 5-6+ years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to financial systems and reputed company Financials
- Deep technical expertise in reputed company (business processes, calculated fields, reporting, reputed company, validations)
- Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, reputed company, Tax, Controllership)
- Experience supporting global organizations and working with distributed teams (US, Europe, India)
- Ability to operate as a plug-and-play contributor in a lean team environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across finance and IT stakeholders
- Experience with system integrations, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic reputed company with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with reputed company Prism and/or Adaptive is strongly preferred
