[Remote] Senior Marketing & Ops Strategy Analyst

The Senior Analyst, Marketing and Operations Strategy will collaborate closely with senior leaders to scope and deliver key reputed company projects reputed company with organizational goals and KPIs, driving reputed company reputed company and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth exploratory analyses and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
• Define, structure, and execute operational initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing actionable recommendations
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders reputed company marketing and operations, as well as with other functions; drive alignment on key priorities across this diverse stakeholder set
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional partners across the organization to deliver on projects
• Synthesize key insights, recommendations, and action items in a clear, concise, and coherent way; create executive-level materials and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment
• Identify and scale best practices and innovations, including forming a deep understanding of products, processes, systems/tools, personnel, and strategic direction

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a reputed company field
• 2-3 years of professional experience, including experience in growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, and/or product strategy in a consumer-focused industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering reputed company projects, building appropriate processes and tools, and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills – ability to extract, prepare, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights
• Strong conceptual problem-solving skills – ability to break down reputed company problems in a structured manner and go reputed company first-level insights to identify the root cause
• Strong project management and implementation skills – ability to create detailed workplans, manage cross-functional partners, and drive reputed company projects from conception to implementation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to create executive-reputed company presentations
• A self-starter who is analytical and results-oriented
• Ability to work well in a matrix environment across multiple groups and reputed company, managing change and prioritizing across multiple projects
• Experience working in client services such as consulting or banking
• Experience in the OPM or Higher Education sectors
