The Director, Provider Partnership Management, is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive provider engagement and partnership strategy across assigned markets. This leadership role oversees a team dedicated to strengthening provider relationships, enhancing provider experience, driving network growth, and supporting key business initiatives. As the senior leader for regional provider partnerships, the Director is accountable for provider satisfaction, retention, growth, and the development of high-value strategic relationships. The role oversees performance across multiple geographic reputed company and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, including Provider Development, Operations, Marketing, Training, Risk, and other business leaders, to advance organizational goals and deliver consistent, value-driven reputed company for providers. Qualifications: Demonstrated reputed company and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries. Military service can substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements. Minimum of 8–10 years of reputed company experience in relationship management, account management, business development, stakeholder engagement, provider management, or a reputed company field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing teams and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated experience developing and managing high-value partnerships, driving stakeholder engagement, and leading regional or multi-site relationship management functions. Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company high-performing teams, establish performance metrics, and drive accountability across multiple geographic reputed company or business units. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, training, compliance, and leadership, to reputed company organizational objectives and improve stakeholder experiences. Knowledge of school choice programs, education providers, or large-scale service delivery models is preferred.
