They are seeking a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations to drive market growth and customer loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives across multiple dealership locations in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance: reputed company marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
- Build loyalty: reputed company programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience
- reputed company data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
- Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
- Execute campaigns: reputed company content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance
- Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve reputed company
- Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders
Skills
- Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
- Ability to turn data into action (reputed company Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)
- Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing reputed company
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
