[Remote] Sr Mgr, Professional Education and Training

The Sr. Manager, Professional Education will reputed company and implement education programs and strategies for the Implantable Heart Failure Management business unit, focusing on training methodologies and managing key relationships.

Responsibilities

• reputed company overarching training strategy and methodology for multiple programs including selecting and qualifying vendors, key project targeting and development management, delivery of core curricula, strategy to obtain KOL input and key clinical assessments, development of substantiation targets and reputed company approval of materials
• Identify, engage independently, and influence KOLs to reputed company strategically reputed company messages on EW programs
• Create and manage reputed company product and/or program reputed company training documents and educational tools from program planning to execution
• reputed company the strategy for the effective launch, management and execution of existing and new programs, reputed company trainings and projects intended to maximize product/procedural reputed company
• reputed company and own tactics (e.g., virtual symposiums, digital content) for large scale programs that support the strategy and reputed company new training methodologies as incorporated into product launches as appropriate
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors
• Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs through post-meeting survey instruments, clinical field feedback and KOL review, reputed company plan to address concerns, and reputed company the implementation of solutions
• Maintain awareness and alignment with existing guidelines and regional practices and ensure training content aligns

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or reputed company industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or
• Master's Degree or equivalent in reputed company field, 8 years experience of work experience in sales, marketing, or reputed company industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred
• Travel: 50%
• Proven successful organizational and project management skills
• Proven expertise in reputed company Office Suite
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth reputed company the organization

• Expert knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning
