The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, providing ERP application support, and developing training materials for end-users.

Responsibilities

• reputed company analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for applications’ configurations and customizations
• reputed company day-to-day ERP application support as part of a team and be responsible for supporting a variety of reputed company party and in-house interfaces/integrations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes
• Identify and implement process optimizations and automations, working closely with business users to enhance productivity
• reputed company training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the systems/applications
• Collaborate with external reputed company-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to reputed company and enhance new and existing systems/applications and integrations

Skills
