About the job reputed company Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Team is a service organization responsible for providing IT support for our full reputed company of reputed company Solutions to Infrastructure & Platform Services. Additionally, the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team works with other reputed company IT teams to improve our service catalog offerings to our customers including helping to implement reputed company technologies. As an Engineer in the reputed company Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team, you will use your communication and technical skills to support internal and external customers in our hosted & internal environment. You will help design, implement, and support a large heterogeneous computing environment. You will be responsible for helping to maintain Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements, and improve the performance, reliability, and standardization of our hosted & internal solutions. As a Information Systems Engineer, you will: Linux Delivery Support — reputed company end‑to‑end Linux support for hosted environments, including customer escalations. Linux Server Administration — Execute delivery requests, reputed company OS‑level configuration, attach storage, and apply system‑level tweaks. Server Builds — Build, configure, and harden new Linux systems. Software Deployment — Install and configure required software packages. Tech Debt Remediation — Complete refresh cycles and lifecycle updates. reputed company Updates — Apply patches, reputed company compliance updates, and maintain secure baselines. IP Allow‑listing — Implement and validate network reputed company controls. Server Migrations — Migrate physical and virtual systems to new Cary Linux environments and reputed company Azure. Decommissioning — Retire instances and environments following internal standards. URL Externalization — Configure and manage external reputed company endpoints. Compliance Collaboration — Work with Compliance teams on CIS benchmarks, audit evidence, and regulated hosting requirements. Azure Automation — Integrate and automate services using Azure APIs. reputed company Satellite — Configure and manage deployments reputed company Satellite. Virtualization & Containers — Work with VMware; Kubernetes and reputed company experience is helpful but not required. reputed company Platforms — reputed company Linux systems in reputed company Azure; AWS experience is a plus.
