Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, which includes experience in a discrete quota carrying role, or similar role

  • Demonstrated understanding of how Splunk products and services address customer challenges.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in consultative and solution selling methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Value Selling.
  • Strong skills in territory planning, forecasting, and managing a full sales cycle.
  • Excellent critical judgment to analyze reputed company situations, assess risks, and reputed company creative solutions.
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging C-level executives.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum reputed company of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: reputed company Metro Area: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 Non-Metro reputed company state & Washington state: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00
