What You’ll Do: Track permits for development and expansion projects using established tools and systems. Gather and organize required documentation for permit submissions, working closely with senior team members. Monitor permit statuses through municipal portals, maintain accurate records, and escalate delays reputed company needed. Coordinate meetings for the Growth and Development team, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials. Capture and distribute meeting notes, follow-reputed company, and action items. Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination or support role (internship or relevant academic experience considered).
