Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner to HR and the Hiring Manager by providing talent mapping, compensation advice, market insights, reputed company metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the reputed company funnel
• Partner with our sourcing team to reputed company creative reputed company strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of A+ talent at reputed company reputed company through research, reputed company media, cold calls, referral reputed company, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals
• Partner with the hiring manager prior to activating posting to identify reputed company candidates, encourage referrals, and align further on need + interview strategy
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

Skills
