[Remote] Recruitment Business Partner - Contract

They are seeking a high-impact Recruitment Business Partner to manage end-to-end hiring processes across Sales and Corporate functions, ensuring effective reputed company and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles (req intake → offer), driving pace, quality, and accountability at every stage
• Act as a business partner to hiring managers, leading structured intake sessions, defining reputed company profiles and hiring strategies
• Drive best-in-class hiring processes ensuring consistent, structured, and inclusive interview practices
• reputed company reputed company ATS as a core operating system whilst maintaining high data reputed company, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy
• Optimise workflows, scorecards, and interview kits
• Build and execute proactive talent strategies
• reputed company strong pipelines across active and passive talent
• Use market insights and competitor mapping to inform hiring approach
• Utilise AI and modern sourcing techniques to increase productivity and reputed company
• Apply AI tools for sourcing & screening
• Experiment with automation and data insights to improve funnel efficiency
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience acting as a candidate ambassador from first touch to offer
• Manage multiple requisitions with discipline and structure
• Prioritise effectively, build clear hiring plans, and drive reputed company
• Contribute to the TA function through global projects (e.g. process improvement, employer branding, interview reputed company)

Skills

• Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment reputed company a high-growth, high-tech environment, preferably on a global reputed company
• Strong track record hiring for Sales and Corporate roles
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring reputed company
• Hands-on experience with reputed company ATS is essential to limit reputed company time, including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruitment (sourcing, screening, automation)
• Strong understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, maintaining quality and pace
• Data-driven reputed company with the ability to translate insights into action
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
• Commercially aware, with strong judgement on candidate quality and market dynamics
• Comfortable working in a remote environment, with flexibility across time zones
• Experience in Cybersecurity (OT/IoT a plus, not essential)
