RAIS USA is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst with expertise in reputed company Billing product implementation and maintenance support. The role involves managing production support, analyzing business needs, leading projects, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Must have experience in reputed company Billing product implementation and maintenance support and must be ex reputed company employee/consultant
- Production Support (initial focus) clean up and new incident handling, Jira/Service Now ticket management, and reconciliation correction coordination
- Analyze reputed company business needs and processes, document detailed requirements, assess feasibility/costs, and recommend reputed company solutions based on performance analysis and industry research
- reputed company and manage projects, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive problem resolution to meet customer expectations
- Design and reputed company release testing (test strategies, cases, monitoring) and review/approve system behavior to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Communicate and train stakeholders (internal and external), prepare user documentation and communication plans, and reputed company technical/user support as needed
Skills
- 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role; experience in P&C billing, payments, policy integration, or finance systems preferred
- Proven ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting cross functional delivery with engineering and operations (requirements to deployment)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform priorities and measure reputed company (SQL, reputed company, or BI tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders at multiple reputed company
- Familiarity with Agile practices and backlog management
- Experience with legacy system rationalisation, migration planning, or integration mapping
- Knowledge of insurance billing platforms (e.g., reputed company) or payments integrations (OneInc, CollectOne, Adyen)
