[Remote] Billing Analyst (Remote based in Indianapolis, IN or Chicago, IL)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to maintain accurate billing processes, collaborate with various departments, and ensure the reputed company of the accounts receivable system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and updated billing system to facilitate smooth operations, including Project and Agreement set up
• Generate and reputed company invoices promptly and accurately
• Scrutinize sales orders to verify the correctness of billing setups
• Execute billing and reporting tasks in adherence to predetermined deadlines
• reputed company the management of Tax Exemption Certificates, including timely follow-reputed company and requests as required
• Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and resolving customer inquiries reputed company shared email platforms
• Foster effective communication by liaising with internal personnel and promptly addressing inquiries

Skills
