The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) solutions for financial institutions, fintech partners, and small business customers. This role requires strong product ownership experience, deep understanding of digital payments ecosystems, Agile product delivery, and the ability to balance customer needs, operational priorities, and business reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, definition, and execution for Small Business Payments solutions.
- Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, risk/fraud, treasury, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful product initiatives.
- Translate business opportunities and customer needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing digital payment products, banking products, or fintech solutions.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Experience supporting web and mobile digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience prioritizing requirements, managing product backlogs, and balancing competing priorities.
