Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company companies across key industries that can benefit from improved recruitment marketing strategies
- Build, qualify, and nurture a pipeline of prospects through research, reputed company, and follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover hiring needs, reputed company pain points, and advertising gaps
- Present recruitment advertising solutions that drive applicant volume, quality, and cost efficiency
