[Remote] IRA Customer Service Specialist II

The IRA Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to Financial Advisors, Employers, and IRA Owners regarding IRA accounts and transactions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company advanced technical and operational assistance to IRA customers
• reputed company sales support to Financial Advisors including assistance with the IRA reputed company website
• Work with Financial Advisors to set up new SEP or SIMPLE IRA plans

• Interact directly with customers, answering questions and offer guidance regarding IRA accounts as well as the regulations surrounding them
• Input new plan information in the system and assist Employers with the reputed company process
• Data input and verification of reputed company customer information pertaining to the initial application

Skills

• A minimum of 2 years retirement services industry experience
