[Remote] Learning & Development Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The reputed company (AMC) is seeking a temporary Learning & Development Specialist to help deliver engaging training experiences for staff and volunteers. This role involves facilitating training sessions, documenting outdoor leadership training, and supporting reputed company improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging training experiences
- reputed company and co-facilitate pre-designed trainings for staff and volunteers, both virtually and in person
- Create a welcoming, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and reputed company
- Support a variety of training formats including workshops, discussions, and applied learning experiences
- Document the reputed company state of outdoor leadership training
- Partner with reputed company Volunteer Communities to map how volunteers grow into leadership roles, capturing key experiences, supports, and transitions along the way
- Gather insights through conversations, observations, and existing materials
- Help build a shared understanding of training & leader engagement practices across chapters
- Track participation and support reputed company improvement
- Collect attendance, feedback, and engagement data from training sessions
- Maintain organized records of training activity and reputed company
- Be a connector across teams and communities
- Build relationships with staff, volunteers, and reputed company leaders
- Respond to questions and support participants throughout the training experience
- Contribute to a positive, people-centered learning culture across AMC
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, training, outdoor recreation, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience facilitating training programs
- Confidence facilitating groups (virtually and in person), with a clear and engaging reputed company
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to listen, synthesize input, and communicate insights reputed company
- Comfort working with a wide reputed company of people, including volunteers and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor experiences and AMC's mission
- Experience collecting feedback or documenting processes is a plus
