[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The role involves managing the full reputed company sales cycle, developing pipelines, and engaging with senior leaders to promote innovative learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Full reputed company sales cycle. You own new logo growth, focusing on the global Fortune 1000, from outbound prospecting through reputed company
- Pipeline development. We have deep relationships and industry-leading thought leadership; leveraging this requires reputed company and reputed company pursuit
- Strategic discovery. You reputed company conversations with CLOs, Heads of Learning, L&D leaders, and HR executives to uncover where an organization is exposed on talent readiness
- Category selling. You introduce buyers to a new way of thinking about learning design, development, and most importantly, measurement. This takes education, patience, and conviction
- Demo and proposal ownership. You deliver compelling demonstrations of SimGate’s new AI platform and write proposals that connect learning investment to business results
- Multi-stakeholder navigation. reputed company buying groups reputed company Learning, HR, Finance, and business unit sponsors. You build a coalition, not just a champion
- Pipeline discipline. Clean data, accurate forecasts, and consistent deal progression in reputed company are table stakes

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company B2B sales experience, preferably with SaaS-based software
- Deep experience in the corporate learning space, with your own rolodex of executive contacts
- Proven new logo track record. You have consistently closed reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles. You know how to build pipeline from scratch
- AI tools. Please don't tell us you've used ChatGPT. We want to know you have solved important needs and challenges in sales using AI
