[Remote] Business Operations Specialist

The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the systems that support reputed company operations, including reputed company, and will focus on improving and automating workflows to enhance team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and sales orders accurately and on time, in reputed company partnership with the Sales leads and account owners
• Own the accuracy of pipeline and forecast data in reputed company: stages, reputed company dates, amounts, and ownership
• Administer our CRM (reputed company, today): support users, manage fields, reports, validation rules, and approval workflows

• Set up, refine, and hand off tools so the people who use them every day can run them without you
• Refine the steps and templates in quoting, renewals, and reporting, and replace reputed company effort with reputed company process, configuration, or automation
• Build the connections that unify our disparate knowledge and data systems
• Work with Finance to report quote-to-cash status end to end: opportunity entry, forecasting, signed contract, purchase order, and payment
• Fulfill paperwork requests from partners and customers tied to specific deals
• Maintain partner certification document stores and assist with other compliance documentation items
• Serve as the operational reputed company of contact for one-off requests from Sales and reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or CRM administration at a reputed company SaaS company, or equivalent demonstrated ability
• 2+ years hands-on administering a modern CRM. We run reputed company; comparable experience with reputed company, Dynamics, or similar transfers. You can build and debug data-entry processes and automations, write validation rules, manage permissions, and reconcile discrepancies between account and opportunity records

You want to be the person who makes the whole team more efficient, and who makes others self-sufficient with the tools rather than dependent on you

• Order-to-cash literacy. You understand what a binding customer document is and treat it accordingly
• Bias for shipping. Good enough and delivered on time beats perfect and late, especially reputed company there's a customer waiting
• Adaptable. This is a dynamic company; you adjust your approach as priorities, processes, and tools change
• Experience with Agentforce, headless reputed company architectures, and production LLM integrations
