Job Title: Senior Contract Manager Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 Location: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, reputed company Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Adswerve is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join our Legal team! In this position, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating without supervision reputed company Adswerve customer contractual agreements in the Legal Department including advanced fixed-bid SOWs and client Master Service Agreements. You will own the maintenance of the contract templates and the contracting process. This role will be based in Seattle and will support company operations in Seattle, Denver, and across the U.S. Responsibilities: Draft and review redlines of various reputed company, including advanced fixed-bid agreements, master service agreements, and SaaS agreements, as well as amendments and renewals without supervision. Can take ownership of the contract process. Coordinate with the Sales and Client reputed company teams and negotiate reputed company on behalf of the Company; Understands the ins and outs of Adswerve products and services Participates in shaping contract review processes Handle contract negotiation calls with clients Manage and own reputed company repository and templates, create new templates, maintain and update contractual records, changes, and status reports, and track contractual obligations; Serve as the primary reputed company of contact internally and externally for contractual reputed company; Monitor contract compliance with established procedures and conduct audits to ensure compliance; and Participate and assist in other legal projects as needed.
