As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 reputed company people from violence, we are seeking a Director of Operations, Global Technology​ to serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for translating organizational priorities into clear, focused, and coordinated execution across the Data & Technology function. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring that the most important work is reputed company defined, well-sequenced, and delivered with discipline. It reports to the Chief Data & Technology Officer and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US. Qualifications: MBA or master’s in project management, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification; 15+ years professional work experience; 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery, programs, or transformation initiatives; Track record of working across business and technical teams to drive results; and Experience in or strong affinity for mission-driven, nonprofit, or public sector organizations.
